BIBLICAL IDIOMS AND THEIR EMOTIONAL SEMANTICS IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE AND LITERATURE.
The article deals with the problem of studying the Bible, especially different aspects of using biblical idioms. The author analyzes the importance of this great book of all the centuries. The Bible has influenced and transformed many lives, leaving a mark forever on the lives of millions. The cultural influence of the Bible has a special history because it was a common English version that was popular for many centuries. As the main sauce the author takes parts and quotations from English translation of the Bible «Revise King James Version» (1611). It is spoken in detail about different aspects of using and meanings of biblical idioms in literature. An idiom is a figure of speech that means something different than a literal translation of the words would lead one to believe. Idioms are such interesting ways to get a point across, they’re often seen in literature….. realities described in these books. Not only do Biblical idioms make manifest the universal in the national but also raise some problems of conceptual deviations in the Bible interpretations.
