If you want to take a trip on the most luxurious train in the world, the Seven Stars, you need to have patience and time, and money, of course. FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT: DOES IT ALWAYS WORK?

There are more and more towns and cities which are considering the introduction of free public transport for their citizens, like Bucharest in Romania or Chengdu in China, struggling with traffic congestion.
