A Day at the Zoo

Last Sunday, Mike and his parents went to the zoo. They wanted to see many different animals. The zoo was very big, so they took a map at the entrance.

First, they visited the lions. The lions were sleeping under a tree. Then they saw monkeys. The monkeys were very funny and active. They jumped and played with each other.

After that, the family went to see elephants. Mike liked them the most because they were big and friendly. He took many photos.

At noon, they had lunch at a small café in the zoo. Mike ate a sandwich and drank juice.

In the afternoon, they watched a bird show. It was very interesting. Before going home, Mike bought a toy tiger from the gift shop.
