Last weekend, Emma had a lot to do. On Saturday morning, she earned some money by helping her neighbor hoover and mop the floor. Then she took out the garbage and fed the dog. Her neighbor was very grateful and promised to deliver a small gift next week.

In the afternoon, Emma went home and helped her parents. Her dad was working on a repair in the kitchen, while her mum was doing the ironing and washing-up. Emma decided to tidy her room and sweep the floor. She also admitted that she had forgotten to do the washing last week, so she did it right away.

On Sunday, the family went to visit Emma’s aunt, who had recently got divorced. She was feeling sad, so they brought her flowers and helped her with some improvements in her garden. Emma felt proud that she could save time and help others during her weekend.
