Final test (term I)

My name     [am, is, are] Andrew. I am eighteen years old. I      [have, has, do, does] got an         [elder, young, smaller, bigger] sister Marina and a younger brother Ivan.

I am fond of         [sport, music, reading]. I prefer historical novels.

I like when somebody             [play, plays, do not play] the guitar or the piano. But I myself don't play any musical instrument.

Our flat is on the fourth          [wall, floor, building]. It has all modern conveniences: central heating, gas,             [window, electricity, room, balcony], cold and hot water, a lift. There     [am, is, are] three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall in our flat. The living-room is the largest and most              [multistorey, conveniences, comfortable] room in the flat.

People are fond of           [reading, listening, writing, studying] different kinds of books. Some people            [don't mind, hate, enjoy] reading detective         [letters, tales, stories], adventure stories, novels, biographies, other prefer classics. Fairy tales are enjoyed and read by          [pupils, children, people], books about adventures and journeys are enjoyed by those who are fond of traveling.

I         [get up, tidy up, wash up] at half past seven. I jump out of the bed, switch on the radio and do my morning           [hometask, breakfast, dress, exercises] to the radio music. Then I go to the             [kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room], wash myself and brush my       [hands, face, teeth]. This does not take me much time, not more than ten or fifteen minutes. Then I dress and sit down at the table to have my           [breakfast, lunch, dinner].
