Weather in Ukraine
Ukraine experiences a diverse climate due to its size and geographic location. In the northern and central parts, the climate is temperate continental, while the southern regions have a more Mediterranean influence. Winters in Ukraine can be quite cold, especially in the northern and eastern parts of the country. Temperatures in winter often drop below zero, and snow is common from December to February. In the Carpathian Mountains, winter temperatures can be even colder, making it a popular destination for skiing.
Spring in Ukraine is mild, with temperatures gradually warming up. The snow melts, and trees and flowers begin to bloom. Rainfall increases during this season, which helps support the growth of crops in the rich farmlands of Ukraine. Summer is warm to hot, especially in the southern regions near the Black Sea. Temperatures can reach up to 30°C or more in July and August. The
