T: So, our today’s topic is «Household duties». We’ll speak about your homes, your home duties, the food you like to cook.
T: Look at the blackboard. It’s the motto of our lesson. Can you say some other sayings about your home?

T: Our home is the place, where we live. We can do everything we want to do there. And of course we have some duties to do about the house. You know, I feel like having some rest, because I’m very tired today. Do you know why? Yesterday I did a lot of housework: washing, cleaning, cooking, shopping... You know, that a woman’s work is never done... Remember Mrs. Grundy? Let’s recite the poem about her busy life.

Dear guests, welcome to the Country of Dishes. Today we are going to tell you about ournational dish. It is called Borsch. It is one of the most popular dishes of Ukraine. It has appearedat the end of the 18th century.

A frying - pan
Cut cabbage, potatoes, and carrots into pieces. Put them into a pan and fill with bullion.
Boil 10 minutes. Add beefs. Fry onions. Add cream and tomatoes to them. Mix everything in a pan. Boil it. Add salt, vinegar and parsley. Borsch is ready.
Ukrainian people are great cookers. There is a vast number of Ukrainian dishes known all over the world, such as varenyky, holubtsi and , of course, pyrizechky, which we have prepared for our guests. Enjoy yourself.
