You can choose your own way to organize this activity - the idea is to let your students 'touch' the grammatical structure of an English sentence. This fun and very visual and kinesthetic activity helps students avoid their most common mistakes in forming questions and negatives - placing the right auxiliary verb before the subject and removing -s from the verbs in 3rd person singular.
