Letter of complaint. Example

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in order to complain about my last flight to Dubai. That I flew on 3rd January using your airline.

To begin with, there was a very huge delay, so I had to wait in the airport for almost three hours and arrived to Dubai three hours after the scheduled time. Moreover, there wasn’t any information about the reason for such a long delay.

The quality of food served during that flight was also unacceptable. My bussiness partner, his kids, who travelled with us, and I had serious health problems lasting for a few days after eating some vegetable salad, that was probably not fresh. We had to see a doctor and stay in the hospital overnight.

In addition, the level of service dissapointed me very much. The flight attendant refused to help me with broken headphones. Furthermore, she was very rude with my bussiness partner’s children, who just asked for some orange juice.

To resolve the problem, I would like to receive an appology and a full refund of hospital expenses.
