Take a banana and take the peel off it.  Cut     banana into slices and put it in   food mixer.  Take the peel off    orange.  Break it into pieces and put them into     food mixer too.  Take   mango and    apple and slice them.  Put the slices in with     orange and banana.  Mix everything together and then put the delicious smoothie into   glass.  Enjoy!
