The climate in Ukraine is mild and there is a lot of rich             [black soil, yellow soil], so people can grow a lot of plants. Ukraine is called the               [‘breadbasket’, ‘basketbread’]of Europe because it sells a lot of wheat. Ukraine has got a lot of natural resources like      [coal, cole]. There are also a lot of factories in Ukraine.

Ukrainian cuisine is well known for its tasty dishes.         [Borshch, Borstch] is traditional soup, made with          [beetrot, beetroot] and up to 20 other ingredients. To cook it you need          [potatoes, potatos], cabbage, onions,         [carrots, carots], peppers, dill or parsley and              [tomato sauce, tomato souce]. If you add some meat and top it with sour cream, it will be delicious!
