Last summer, Mark went on a backpacking holiday to Canada. He stayed in a small wooden hut near a lake. One morning, he decided to go boat fishing. The weather was beautiful, but suddenly the wind started blowing. Mark saw something moving in the tall grass on the shore. It was a large bear! Mark was terrified because the bear looked hungry. He tried to start the motor, but it had broken down. Luckily, the bear just watched him and then walked away. Mark returned to the hut and decided that from now on, he would prefer reading science fiction books to meeting real wild animals!
