I’d like to tell you about my friends David and Clara. We have known each other for five years and have a lot of common interests. David is rather tall and slim. He is fond of sports and attends a basketball club. David has got dark straight hair which is always cut short and blue eyes. He is active and sociable and generally has a lot of ideas about the way how to spend our free time. He is also hard working and intelligent. By the way, he is the best pupil in our class. But sometimes David is rather obstinate and does everything to get his aim. David can keep secrets and I always ask him for advice.

Clara is very attractive. She has an oval face, a straight nose, thick dark hair, big brown eyes and a pleasant smile. Besides, Clara is known for her warm and friendly character. She is usually open-minded and interested in other people. More than that, she is considerate, supportive and responsible. I can always turn to her whenever I'm in trouble, and she never fails to help. Clara is rather brainy, and that's why she is excellent at school.
In general, Clara is loyal, trustworthy, tactful and great at keeping secrets. I can fully rely on her and trust her everything. To tell the truth, we have never let each other down.

To my mind, people should have many friends as possible, because if you have not friends, you just become very dull and boring person. It is fine when you have friends, who are able to understand you and support and help in difficult situations.

Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget.
