I like jogging. This sport is easy: You can do it almost everywhere and You do not have to have special equipment. Of course, You need to have good running shoes and proper clothing, especially if You go jogging in winter, but there are not any rackets or balls to worry about. Also You can do it alone and at any time.
You should not go jogging every day. Three times a week or every other day is good. You need to warm-up exercises and can start five to ten minutes at first. Then, You can raise Your time to half hour and more. Do not eat anything before or immediately after You go jogging. And do not drink anything cold when You finish. A lot of people say it is boring: it can be, but I enjoy it. Moreover jogging keeps me in shape and can do a great day!
