Speaking about Art (11th form)

One of my favourite films of all time is The Matrix. The film is a                          [movies, science fiction thriller, filmed], which has a very complicated storyline. It          [stars, directed, minds]Keanu Reeves who plays a computer expert called Neo/ Neo finds out that his world has been taken taken over by intelligent machines. The Matrix is a computer programme created by the machines, which they use to control people's       [minds, true, stars]. Neo and two other rebels (calledMopheus and Trinity) set out to try to destroy the Matrix. WhatI like most about the film is the photography and the         [effects, special, filmed].These are really amazing and make it look like a computer game.

Schindler's List is one of the best        [filmed, movies] I have ever seen. It was          [true, directed] by Steven Spielberg. It tells the story of a man called Oskar Schindler who owned a factory in Nazi Germany. He             [succeeded, photography, powerful] in saving the lives of thousands of Jews by giving them jobs in his factory. It is an extremely          [directed, true, powerful] movie, and is based on a       [stars, true, minds] story. One of the things I like most about the movies is the                 [photography, powerful, special effects]because it was made almost entirely entirely in black and white. This makes it seem very real, even though it was                 [special effects, true, filmed] 50 years after the events actually happened.
