School Adventures with Class 5: Season Closed. 5 class

It was the last day of school. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and Class 5 was very happy. The children were sitting in their classroom. Their teacher, Miss Lane, smiled and said, “Today is a special day. It’s our last day together this school year.”

Everyone was excited. They talked about the best moments of the year. Lucy said, “I liked our trip to the zoo.” Ben added, “My favorite day was when we played football with Class 4.” Anna smiled, “I loved the science fair. Our volcano was amazing!”

Miss Lane said, “You had many adventures. Let’s remember some of them.”

The First Day of School

On the first day of school, Class 5 was nervous. Some students were new. Others came from Class 4 and knew each other. Miss Lane said, “Don’t worry. We will learn and have fun together.”

They learned about each other. Lucy liked dancing. Ben played the guitar. Anna had a cat called Snowball. Tom was shy but very good at drawing. Slowly, they became friends.

The Halloween Party

In October, Class 5 had a Halloween party. Everyone wore costumes. Lucy was a witch. Ben was a vampire. Anna was a ghost. Tom didn’t wear a costume, but he made scary decorations.

They played games and ate sweets. Miss Lane gave them orange and black balloons. There was loud music, and they danced in the classroom. It was a fun day!

The Winter Snow Day

In December, it snowed. It was a cold day. Class 5 didn’t stay inside. Miss Lane took them to the school yard. They made snowmen and snow angels. Ben threw a snowball, and it hit Miss Lane! She laughed and threw one back.

After that, they drank hot chocolate in class. Anna said, “This is the best school day ever!” Everyone agreed.

The School Trip

In spring, they went on a trip to the zoo. They saw lions, monkeys, elephants, and penguins. Tom drew pictures of the animals. Lucy took many photos. Ben and Anna shared snacks.

A monkey jumped and made a funny face. The children laughed loudly. They also learned about animals and their homes.

The Talent Show

In May, the school had a talent show. Many students joined. Lucy danced. Ben played his guitar. Anna told jokes. Tom showed his drawings.

The class cheered for each other. Miss Lane clapped and smiled. “You all did very well!” she said. “I’m so proud of you.”

The Last Day

Now it was the last day. The students sat quietly. Miss Lane gave them small notebooks. “Write your favorite memory,” she said.

Lucy wrote about dancing. Ben wrote about playing music. Anna wrote about the science fair. Tom drew the zoo animals.

Miss Lane read each notebook. She said, “You are all stars. I will miss you.”

The students gave Miss Lane a big thank-you card. It had a photo of the class and the words: “Class 5 - Best Year Ever!”

They hugged each other and said goodbye. The classroom was full of happy tears. School adventures were over—for now.

But they knew: next year would bring new stories, new laughs, and more adventures.
