Yesterday afternoon, Mark was in the basement of his house. He was fixing a light switch when he suddenly he slipped and fell. Unfortunately he cut his arm and there was blood. At first, Mark tried to stay calm, but soon he felt dizzy and unconscious for a short time. When he woke up, he knew it was an emergency. He called for help and his neighbor heard the bang and ran downstairs. “Just a second! Sit still!” she said. She checked the cut, cleaned it with antiseptic cream and put a plaster and a bandage on it. She also told Mark to hold onto the chair and stay still. The neighbor called for an ambulance and notified emergency services. While they were waiting, Mark started to feel slightly better, but his arm hurt and looked swollen.
