News flash! News presenter says 'no'!

A news presenter on a current affairs programme has shocked viewers by answering 'no' to a simple question. In an interview with journalist Terry Smith, the presenter was talking about the new series of his show when Smith asked him if he liked it.

The presenter looked at him angrily and said, 'No, I don't.'

Smith later explained that he thought the presenter was joking, but he wasn't.

Competition winner gets prize - 30 years late!

A woman in Australia has finally got her prize for winning a competition - 30 years after she entered it! The competition was in a magazine and the woman won a car. But then the magazine stopped being published and the woman never got her prize.

Recently, someone from the company called her and told her they were going to give her the car. The woman says she's going to sell it because she already has a car.

Man looks carefully before crossing road - and falls down manhole!

A man in China was looking carefully before crossing the road when he fell into a hole. A video of the accident shows the man looking down as he walks and then suddenly disappearing. People walking past didn't see what happened until the man shouted for help.

Afterwards, the man said, 'I was looking carefully so I didn't fall over, but then I fell down a hole!
