My friend

My name is Kate. I have a good friend. Her name is Lisa. She is eleven years old. She goes to school with me. Her favourite subjects are history and geography.

After school she usually has music classes. She plays the piano. She likes listening to music as well. She's got a mobile phone and headphones for this.

She has a big family. She's got two brothers and a sister. Also she has a pet. Its name is Toto. It's a very cute rabbit.

Lisa is a very good girl. She always helps her mum at home after she does homework. She tidies her room, hoovers and takes out the dog for a walk. But she never cleans the windows.

My day

My name is David. I'm 10 years old. I am a schoolboy. I go to school on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday are my weekend.

On weekday I get up very early at 7 o'clock. I brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I get dressed, have breakfast and go to school. I usually have six lessons every day. I have lunch at school. After school I always do sport. My favourite sports are football and table tennis.

After that I get home at 4 o'clock and do my homework and help my parents. I can hoover, take out the rubbish and do the washing up. I always take out our dog Tobby for a walk. In the evening we have dinner all together.

Then I have free time and do all I want: play computer games, listen to music or watch TV. I usually go to bed at ten.
