I know all this from my mother. She has been teaching me a healthy lifestyle since I was a little boy. My mom cooks delicious healthy food for us, and sometimes I help her. Together we go jogging, ride bikes, and in winter – ski. We try to go out on the fresh air as much as possible. My mom always makes sure that I go to bed on time.
