Reading Comprehension for the 6th form - 1 semester

Hi! I'm Dan! I'm a pupil of the sixth form and Today I'd like to tell you about my travelling! In 2017, I travelled abroad for the first time. It was a family trip to France. We visited Paris and Disneyland. I had a great time but it wasn't very exciting! In 2021, my family went on a real adventure. We went on a tour of Australia and New Zealand. We explored the caves in Waitomo, New Zealand. We went inside in a boat and saw lots of dangerous worms. But I didn't like that there was so crowded and I couldn't see the whole picture. Then we took a ferry and a van around the South Island of New Zealand. It was amazing. The scenery is wonderful. After that, we went to Australia and took a helicopter ride over the Great Barrier Reef. It was frightening but the views were fantastic. We also went on a hot air balloon ride and this flight I'll remember for all my life. When we started to take off, I was so scared but then I understood it was safe. That was really brilliant. We're going to go to Canada next year. We're going to book a trip to Niagara Falls . I can't wait! I love travelling. I think it's really exciting.
