 Imagine having a childhood where you have daily (expose) to the most incredible nature and wildlife. Well this was what happened to a French girl, who I will refer to as May. May’s parents were wildlife photographers in Namibia and the African wilderness was May’s school when she was growing up.

It was an unusual education but a (meaning) one. May became friends with Bushmen and Himba people of Namibia, who taught her their language and how to survive on roots and berries.

She told us that growing up close to the wild animals her parents photographed, taught her about generosity, trust and kindness. May feels (immense) fortunate that she had animals as her teachers.
