Apple is rich in fiber which is very good for digestion. Grapes and berries have high antioxidants. Orange is rich in vitamin C which is believed to be very effective especially if you have a cold or flu.
Stay away from junk foods.
Don't eat foods that contain trans-fatty acids, which could cause clogged arteries. Such foods include spreads, margarine, packaged foods and fries and chicken from fast foods that are deep fried.
Look forward to the day with a smile.
Learn to control your appetite, like for instance a cereal and a juice for breakfast, a chicken pasta for lunch, and a salad for dinner. In between have some fruits for snacks.
Get enough slumbering.
Always make it a point to include exercise on your daily regime like for instance walking every morning. Walking is a good aerobic exercise. Aside from that you can also do stretching exercises for your neck and low back.

Sleeping for 7-8 hours a day is considered to be the best relaxation after all day's work, especially if you had a good sleep.

Glasgow School of English opens a sister school, Global School of English, in Edinburgh in July 2010. GSE Edinburgh plans to offer the same English language course programme as the Glasgow School of English.
