When I was younger, I lived in       [the, a, -]very cold part of      [a, the, -]Russia. It was completely normal for      [a, -, the]temperature to be minus 25 degrees and in     [a, the]winter we sometimes didn't go outside for many days.

We spent a lot of time at     [the, -, a] home, playing games and sitting in front of     [a, the, -]TV. To be honest, it wasn't much fun in     [a, the]winter, but in     [a, the]summer we did all kinds of     [the, a, -]enjoyable activities.

There were some mountains and     [a, the, -]forests and we sometimes went hiking in     [the, a, -]mountains with my parents.

And I remember we once built     [a, the, -]tree house in our garden. My brother loved     [a, the, -]birds and we spent     [a, the, -]hours feeding them different types of seeds and nuts while we were sitting in     [a, the, -]tree house.

As a child, I often thought that our garden was quite big, but when I went back there a couple of years ago, I realised that     [a, the, -]garden was very small, in fact.
