An ideal park

Do you ever think, ‘If ¹_____ there was a park where I could meet up with people my age?’ Well, in Boulder, Colorado, USA, young people ²_____ asked what they'd like to see in city parks. Top of the list was WiFi. ‘I would ³_____ be able to do my homework unless there was WiFi,’ said Kate. They'd also like to see more food outlets in parks as ⁴_____ as they offer a wide range of food. Importantly, young people wanted places where they ⁵_____ create art, such as a graffiti wall. Also important were play spaces, ⁶_____ that they were for all ages, not just young children: ‘I’d like to see ping-pong tables,’ and ‘It would be fantastic if there ⁷_____ a zip wire,’ were some of the comments. They also wanted to listen to music so we showed them a park where young people can connect their own phone to a musical system, hang out and dance. ' I ⁸_____ we had one in our park – we’d go there all the time!' One important thing for this age group is safety, so they asked for lighting for ⁹_____ they were in the park after dark. Lastly, water features were popular: 'If we had those, we ¹⁰_____ play with our younger brothers and sisters in them’.
