Read the post about a holiday experience and complete it.
It was a holiday from hell. We wanted to visit Paris and decided to [go, ride, drive, walk] by train. Halfway to the station, my wife said: ‘Wait! I’ve forgotten the tickets!’ So, we had to turn around. We finally arrived [at, for, on, in]the station at 3:05 pm. Our train was at 3:06 pm. We saw it leaving from the [track, stop, hall, platform], but it was too late to catch it. We [got, left, missed, took]our train and had to wait six hours for the next one. We finally arrived in Paris at 3 am [in spite, although, but, instead]of 9 p.m. Try catching a taxi at that hour! We had to walk to the nearest youth [hostel, hotel, apartment, chalet]and spend the night there, before we could find our hotel the next day. Unfortunately, they had already given our room to somebody else. Luckily, there was a [delay, cancellation, en suite, five-star] so we eventually got a room but it was much more expensive. So, in the end we didn’t even have enough money to buy any [memories, pictures, reminders, souvenirs] for our friends. We only got a magnet with the Eiffel Tower for ourselves. But maybe it’s better that way – I don’t want anything that would remind me of that horrible week!

In some countries, such as the USA and the UK, the problem of being overweight is increasing. There are some influences that lead to bad eating habits, especially in big towns and busy cities. In the UK, for example, have become the biggest, the cheapest and the most place to buy food. People drive there, park as close as they can to the entrance and load up their with pre-cooked and food. Local shops just can’t compete with this, and many of them have gone out of business as a result. On the other hand, in other places like France, parts of Africa, Asia and other parts of the world, people often walk to the , the butcher’s, the fishmonger’s or the local market and carefully choose and buy food every day. It seems that if we all had a closer look at the way we did our , we would do our health a big favour.
