It was called with the purpose of commemoration of the British victory in the Trafalgar battle in 1805. At the square center the Nelson’s column is raised, Nelson headed the British Fleet in that battle and he perished as a true hero.

It is a big clock placed on one of the towers of the building of Parliament. Actually this is the name of the bell, but neither of the clock nor of a tower.

It was constructed in 1087. It was a Palace, a fortress and a former prison transformed into a museum.

It is one of the most known historical monuments. The Palace itself and, enclosing it, delightful gardens take huge territory and they are considered to be the most interesting places for numerous tourists of London. Especially they are attracted by the ceremony of the Changing of the Guard.

The largest park of London. A lot of tourists frequently go to see traditional discussion in, so-called “Speaker’s Corner”, where everyone who wants, can make a speech.

It is the place where coronation of nearly all kings and queens has taken place. It was build more than 900 years ago. Many world known writers and poets were buried there, Charles Dickens, Rudyard Kipling were among them. It would be exiting to touch the gravestones and to read the epitaphs on the graves of the famous British people.

It is the greatest church of London. It was built if 17^th century by Sir Christopher Wren.

It is one of the unique and amazing sights of England. This great structure for the crossing is located in the central part of London, the capital is Great Britain, and unites both banks of the River Thames.

It is a wax museum founded in 1835.

The palace is the official London residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Other residents include Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, Duke and Duchess of Kent and Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

It was founded in 1857 and is one of the city's major tourist attractions. Like other publicly funded national museums in the United Kingdom, it does not charge visitors for admission, although visitors are requested to make a donation if they are able. Temporary exhibitions may incur an admission fee.

It serves as the meeting place of two legislative bodies. The buildings are officially called the New Palace of Westminster.
