Remember The Rules!
Past Simple
We use Past Simple for actions in the past.
Regular Verbs
Affirmative | Negative | Interrogative |
I worked. | I didn’t (did not) work. | Did I work? |
You worked. | You didn’t work. | Did you work? |
He worked. | He didn’t work. | Did he work? |
She worked. | She didn’t work. | Did she work? |
It worked. | It didn’t work. | Did it work? |

Irregular Verbs

Time markers: yesterday, last ... , ... ago, in 1995.

Present Perfect
We use Present Perfect for actions in the past which have a result in present and foe actions which started in the past and is continues now.
Regular Verbs
