Урок – конкурс в 4 класі

Тема.  SEASONS. ПОРИ РОКУ. КОНКУРС ЧИТЦІВ АНГЛІЙСКИХ ВІРШІВ.

Мета. Систематизувати знання учнів по темі «Seasons”. Вчити учнів розповідати про улюблені пори року в віршованій формі. Розвивати пам’ять, логічне мислення, мовну здогадку. Виховувати культуру спілкування учнів, толерантне відношення до товаришів, волю до перемоги. Підвищувати мотивацію учнів до вивчення англійської мови.

Обладнання. Святково прибраний клас; плакати, малюнки учнів по темі «Seasons»; телевізор; відео “The Solar System song”, “ Weather Song”.

Good afternoon! Nice to meet you! I am very glad to see you today. Thank you very much that you come today to have a lesson. Today we have guests. They are teachers from others school, let’s greet them! Good afternoon, nice to meet you!

“Seasons”

1.   This is the season

When mornings are dark

And birds do not sing

In the forests and park.        

1. Yellow red and green and brown

See the little leaves come down

Dancing, dancing in the breeze

Falling, falling from the trees

1. Seasons and clothes
              Summer's here. Spring has gone.
              Better put your short pants on!
              Autumn's here. Summer's gone.
              Better put your sweater on!
   Winter's here. Autumn's gone.
   Better put your warm coat on!
   Spring is here. Winter's gone.
   Better put your raincoat on!

Different seasons - different clothes
For mums and paps, for boys and girls! 

1.   Thirty days has September,

April,  June and November.

All the rest have thirty-one,

Except February the only one,

Which  has 28 days clear.

And 29 in each leap year.

Winter is white,

Springtime is green,

Summer is golden,

And  autumn’s flame.

Four lovely seasons

To make up a year,

Sing them by colour

And sing them by name

March brings sunny days and winds,

So we know that spring begins.

March wind goes out to play,

He will have such fun today!

When the boys and girls come out,

He blows their caps and hats about.

1. Wind

“Come, little winds”, said the wind one day,

“Come over the meadows with me and play.

Put on your dresses of red and gold,

For summer is gone and days are cold”.

May brings flowers, joy and grass,

the holidays for us

Deep in the woods a song I hear,

A robin is singing, “May is here!”

Then at my feet a violet blue

Is singing, “Sam blooming for you”.

Учні по черзі читають речення і йдуть до дошки, де магнітик прикріпляють у відповідній колонці тієї пори року про яку ї йде мова у реченні.

9. Grass is green and there are a lot of flowers everywhere. (summer)

10. We have got many holidays this season. (winter)
